We have a gov’t where rules say you must use gov’t communication devices to discuss gov’t matters.
Like Sarbannes Oxley requires companies to keep all emails and business discussions archived, the gov’t is supposed to keep all work archived.
But we have seen a total disregard for this over the years....whether it is using non-gov’t devices, not using email at all or using non-gov’t email to coordinate policy outside the oversight of the people.
