House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is leaving open the possibility of withholding articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump until she is assured a fair trial in the Senate.
“So far we haven’t seen anything that looks fair to us,” Pelosi said Wednesday after her caucus voted to impeach the president. She was referring to what Democratic leadership plans on doing after the vote.

Mitch could hold a vote on the articles as passed in the house. A preemptive vote to pee on the backs of the Dims... since there seems to be no rules anymore anyway.
No deadline. Impeachment has whatever rules Congress makes for it. It’s purely political.
Of course, since there are no rules, there is no requirement that the Senate wait for Nancy. They can just try the impeachment, declare the President acquitted, and BOOM! Done.
Just more games. She withholds the articles from the senate and it will be even more obvious how totally partisan this whole thing is. No, she’ll send the articles of impeachment to the senate. Like I said very early on in this sham, if this gets to the senate anything can happen. The fact that the senate has let this get this far without a single fact finding hearing is not encouraging. By the way, this is the first time in history that the house held an impeachment inquire and the senate was not investigating in parallel. Make of that what you will. But to me it suggest a serious aversion to investigating anything Ukraine. I’ve not got a good feeling about this, but I think it is necessary in draining the swamp.

If it is, as Nancy Pelosi said, that Trump is a clear and present danger to the republic then he must be removed IMMEDIATELY and impeachment should be sent to the Senate to start the trial. Anything that delays that trial further hurts the Republic by Nancy’s own words and her actions her are unfathomable and damaging to the republic.
Either the impeachment is real and must be tried on the facts or it must be revoked immediately.

and let me clarify, The facts presented in the House.
Imagine a district attorney doing the same, where his/her team put a person through all kinds of accusations and investigations, and then tells the court that he/she won’t send the case to be heard because he/she fears that the court will not do the fair thing and find the defendant guilty.
