This is the shocking moment a Texas State University student was left with brain damage after allegedly being attacked by Pi Kappa Phi fraternity members who 'thought he belonged to a different social club'.
Senior Nikolas Panagiotopoulos, 22, and a friend allege they were set upon by at least half a dozen members of the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity as they walked past one of the buildings belonging to their Eta Rho chapter on the night of October 27 this year.
A group of frat members fractured his skull and caused him brain damage after pummeling him outside the Pi Kappa Phi frat house, according to court documents filed in Travis County Court last week.

' Brain damage' was the tip-off the thugs were 'black or of color'... and the victim was white.

Too many people getting away with waaaay too many criminal acts, has lead everybody to believe that there is no point in respecting any laws. I believe this started in the Obama Admin, when certain minorities were allowed to skate in school for their criminal acts. Example: Marjorie Stonemen Douglas High School and Nicholas Cruz.
Too may youths assume nothing will happen to them as everybody else has gotten away with ‘wilding’. We are at the precipice. Is there anyone in Law Enforcement, other than that great former Sheriff Clarke from Wisconsin, that will hold ALL criminals accountable?

No such thing anymore. Fraternities are more diverse than other clubs now including people of color, international students and LGBT. We had plenty of diversity in my chapter even in the mid 80’s. I was an adviser for a fraternity on campus recently and it was the same way.
The group I advised had one (1) party during the year and bragged of having two(2)! kegs. However, they are more capable of doing amazingly stupid things these days, stuff we never dreamed of.

Who uphold faithfully the traditions and activities of their college;
Who prepare themselves diligently to shoulder their full responsibility as citizens;

Could not get that lucky. It is certainly one I would like to see vanish as well but it won’t. The members are also members of a protected class of animals.

Not with something like that.
We used to have wild alcohol fueled parties that kept the neighbors up late. That was the extent of our behavioral issues.
We stopped doing haul outs when we went from a local to a chapter of Pi Kappa Phi. Hazing also went way down.
