Must be way back in the hills of Georgia?
In Chicago, unless it is mayhem/murder they just give a ticket, and maybe you gave them your real name.

Maybe that is why he was fired? But it was in France?

He will receive a harsher sentence than the female teachers having sex with male students and you all know it. He is going to be made an example of, just watch.

Gee I’d like to say this is a kind of ridiculous charge but about maybe 18 years ago now, I was in a deli in my neighborhood with my woman and one of obama’s sons somehow found his way into it.
He touched her backside.
The next 5 to 10 minutes were very bad for him.
No cameras around then inside a store and it was mob owned with an Indian “owner” as a front.
Nobody in that place was calling the cops.
Thank you God no subway or train attached to the Verrazano has ever been built to bring obama’s masses to the south shore of Staten Island from other boroughs.

He should have slapper her the official race results. He would be working at CNN, and she would have a Pulitzer.
Its how things work today.

I remember long ago when Maria Bartaromo would report from the floor of the stock exchange. Traders would pinch her butt when she was on the air. ;0)

Just calling it like I see it. It was a very stupid thing for him to do....then he acted like a jerk trying to play it off like it was really nothing. Did he honestly think he could slap a girl on the butt on camera and get away with it? He deserves whatever he gets.

Savannah, on the coast. But it begs the question: will the misdemeanor assault be upgraded if it’s discovered he goosed her?

Will be interesting to see the state prove there was anything sexual about it, and that a minor open hand slap on the buttocks rises to battery. The young woman obviously was not injured in the least. The guy is having a fun time in the race, endorphins have clouded his judgement, and he is clowning because of a TV camera. He’s not trying to pick her up. I’m not saying it was ok to do this, but this wasn’t a sexual grope. I sentence him to apologizing and both of them to growing up.

He has dissed an elite member of the upper class and must be punished as such.
The next thing you know these plebs will actually believe that their votes count.

I know the overwhelming opinion here is to defend the guy and to say that the guy shouldn't be charged with sexual assault. But if some stranger slapped my wife or daughter on the rear end I'd probably punch the a$$wipe in the nose.
To: DUMBGRUNT
Her reaction leads me to think that his stunt was a bit more than just a slap. Hard to feel sorry for him, as he did have the option to simply run past her.

That poor, ignorant girl. One day she'll be wishing somebody found her attractive enough to want to slap her on the butt.
I can say that because I'm an old lady now :-)
