Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

I was looking for some info about “fair use” of copyrighted materials, and although I haven’t found what I want yet, I did think this article provided a good overview:

I believe the sudden change over the internet regarding the use of images has to do with an EU ruling which goes beyond US law. And this muddles things for Americans because the internet sharing takes place in a way that ignores boundaries. I don’t get it (yet), but I’ve noticed Twitter “losing” lots of art and Youtube has some videos wherein no official pictures of the persons named in it are used, instead generic photos of models portraying anger or a wedding scene etc. - looks like people on Youtube are bracing for more copyright enforcement as well.
