So I just went to Rantingly and liked it, will add it to my daily read, thanks.
Citizens Free Press is my fav and I also like the Bongino Report.
Cute. But the Bongino Report is where it’s at.
Drudge is so 1998.
Bttt
Drudge deserted his position from the front lines. Once he sees the position is secure again, he will try to weasel his way back. His interview on Inforwars a few years ago foretold what he was going to do because he was scared of the (his perceived) consequences if he continued with the course he was on. Older homos are not as brave as young wild homos, I guess.
Who needs an old Drudge or a new Drudge when you have FreeRepublic?
ML/NJ
Like really like Das commentary but it is not a place that stays updated with news and stories. Some have hung on the main page with pictures for days. I want a site I can go to several times a day to see what is breaking. That is why Drudge was so successful.
I then go to FR for more news and commentary about the events.
Citzens Free Press, same layout a plenty
Whining Snowflake
Have you been to The Bongino Report website at https://bonginoreport.com?
The Bongino Report is his version of a news aggregation site, and it is very well laid out, categorized so it is easier to find links on various subjects, divided into Election 2020, Impeachment, Economy, and so on.
It hasn't been up very long, maybe a week or two, but I don't think there is even any comparison at all to citizenfreepress.com in web page layout, organization, and quality links to relevant and informative articles around the Internet. The links are actually descriptive and informative about what they link to as shown below with titles like "At-Risk Democrats Are Simply Keeping Their Position on Impeachment Secret" and "Another Victory on the Courts as Trump Secures 50th Appellate Court Appointment":
Where are you seeing the nonstop commercial for Bongino? Because, beyond the single banner, I did not see a single one. And even that one disappeared. Currently as I view, there is not a single ad. Not one.
By contrast, Citizen Free Press seems amateurishly laid out with no organization, and the articles often have names like "Convienent excuse" and "Awesome cartoon" which inform you in no way what is on the other end of that link. It looks like this:
As far as I am concerned, Citizen Free Press compares very unfavorably. That said, I don't level insults at it, I am speaking factually, and feel that if that is a site that appeals to someone, that is just fine. I don't see why we need to drag one down to build the other one up.
I never meant anything but gentle humor about the ads heard on all the guest stints on talk radio and certainly not Dan Bongino in particular and not about his website which I now have discovered thanks to you. I probably heard it referenced twenty times but didn’t rush to write it down. That’s all I meant.
I like Bongino a lot. I bought his latest book Exonorated which I recommend.
Please lighten up as we all have to stick together in the coming maelstrom.
Best
I hear you. It is a bit of a hot-button point with me as you can tell.
Almost every time his name appears in a thread on FR, there are people who jump in to denigrate him for having too many ads...and I think that to discount his message and viewpoint, which is a very good IMO, is cutting off our nose to spite our face.
Also I forgot to thank you for you service to our country.
And to compliment you on your fantastic homepage. Phyllis Schlafly and others. Great people we should long remember and praise.
Thanks, FB....
I agree about remembering and praising greatness!
Every article takes you to The Hill.
I was curious, so I just went to the site, and I clicked on every link in my open page without paging down, and there were twenty articles visible.
Three of them went to The Hill.
I suspect you feel like you have to denigrate Dan Bongino, and that is so, I am sure you have your reasons. But if you want to discuss the pros and cons of his contribution to conservatism, we should discuss the facts.
It isn’t a zero sum game where if one news aggregator is viewed, it takes clicks away from another news aggregator, but I would disagree with that.
We should be rooting for all conservatives with a consistent and conservative message to be successful in spreading their messages. We don’t to drag someone down just to elevate someone else.
They can both have value. Many can have value.
