Another thing, why would they need to reconnoiter the ranch when they could just go there?

Hard to say, but maybe it has something to do with looking for something under ground—as in tunnels between certain places.

Also, I have been reading about some planes that appear to be tracking along the various fault lines—lots of extra seismic/volcanic activity off the West Coast all up and down California lately.

IDK either. TBD.
