IIRC, Carter Page was being paid by FBI and testifying against some Russians caught in a sting operations close to the same time the FISA warrant was submitted.

I watched the Barr interview on cspan last night.
It was great.
When asked if anyone will actually be held accountable, he basically said yes, and gave that famous big gangster smile.
When asked about when Durham’s investigation would be finished he said , Spring or Summer.
That didn’t make me too happy.
