They are fully invested in the Ukraine hoax, the one where Trump used the power of the presidencey to affect an election. That story line will not go away. It is metaphysicaly truth, just like Russia hacked the DNC server is metaphysical truth, and Trump invited Russia to monkey with the election is metaphysical truth.
