And doctors and hospitals and technicians and nurses and everyone in the healthcare business just works for free because they’re generous altruists who don’t have any financial needs of their own. All the equipment they use is free, all the drugs too, the buildings, the utilities ... all free ... in Unicorn Land where dogs sh_t popsicles and the snow tastes like cotton candy.
England and Israel both have “free” healthcare. All my relatives in both countries pay outside their systems.
