I simply can not grasp why everyone believes totally centralized, top-down, choice-removal, absolute government-control is the ONE AND ONLY solution to health-care availability - which is really a problem of inflated cost.

Only the rich who do not need it, the politicians covered by cadillac plans and those that cannot afford health insurance are saying this. The rest of us are fine with what we have, so leave us out of it.
