Don’t worry people. That prick would never acknowledge that you lived next door.

yup you nailed it!
krap next door does depress the market price of a home

its called economic obsolescence and it includes the drop in market value when garbage moves in next door,

I’m happy with my 250 sq ft apartment. What would I do with a 7000 sq ft townhome, God knows.

Too big for me at $20.5 million and way overpriced.

If I had the money to waste, I’d buy it to service as a half way house for my new charity serving serial rapists on parole that I formed just for the occasion.

Who in their right mind wants to live next to John Kerry?! Most of us would pay more to live as far away from him as possible.

I remember wearing a George bush visor by his house in 2004 . They had 2 security guards or secret service in front. I wouldn’t mind living in that neighborhood if I could afford it. Really beautiful homes. Sad that a grifter and communist like Kerry lives there and not a worthy American who actually earned it.

Traitor John is going to pay me $20.5mm to live next door to him? In the words of Jack Benny, “I’m thinking, I’m thinking.”

Was this ordered by a judge? is someone being punished? Wouldn't that be a violation of the Eighth Amendment?

Well, look at the bright side. The G Men might be coming by to perp walk that low life soon, and then his no account wife will quietly boink her pool boy or gardener or whatever, and stop talking Portuguese out loud just to show off, at least while her man is in the joint.

My ex used to live on the 3rd floor of a Federal-style house. It was originally the maid’s living quarters.

Hauling firewood up the stairs was a pain last century. Must have really been pain two centuries earlier, when the fireplace was the only source of heat.

If you knew when he was going to be there, say Yale @ Harvard game, Head of the Charles, etc., you could have parties for Vietnam vets and their families.
