I do understand the president and how he can lavish praise, then go for the jugular, depending on when he’s speaking and to whom. I boarded the Trump Train in 2012, O’Reilly it was. Told a co-worker the next morning I would die in battle for this guy. She told me I was crazy, that it would never happen. I agreed. Before that didn’t know a thing about him other than glancing at headlines through the years. I couldn’t care less. Most every celebrity has always bored me beyond comprehension. Except Sandy Koufax, of course. When Cruz bowed out, I knew exactly what would happen from that day on. Being a history buff of sorts, I feel blessed to witness one of the most remarkable leaders the world has ever witnessed.
