Say what you will, but Mormons are great neighbors!
That has been my experience but I have had other non-Christians who were great neighbors, too. However, several of the fringe, polygamous extremist Mormon groups are bad news. Blood atonement, Avenging Angels, and other theological abominations are still a reality today in these groups.
Are they preachy or do they try to convert you?

You probably don’t live next to one of these weird Mormon subsets, most of which you pay for with your tax dollars because they have huge numbers of children, the wives are technically unmarried because bigamy is not recognized. But it wouldn’t matter anyway, because the men are either (technically) unemployed or engaged in other stuff, sometimes criminal, some times not, but basically earning little enough in paper so that their children get welfare. And their “compounds” are weird indeed.
I agree though, regular LDS are fine neighbors.

Until they want what you have or want what you wish to obtain.
They can be nice people, but stuff like this and Mountain Meadows leaves one looking over their shoulder.
I sat next to a table of eight Mormon missionaries last week.
It was in Columbus, Geogia at the Olive Garden restaurant.
I was there in Ft. Benning to see my grandson graduate from armor training.
Quite a few of my party was wondering if I were going to say anything to them. (I didn't; but really wanted to!! ;^)
