No telling how long Sammy, (with no front claws) was out on his own to look for food. He really gets nervous around eating time. He will follow my husband around for a couple hours and if my husband leaves the house around that time...he yells! He'll even start chocking for attention. We refuse to give him nerve pills as the vet suggested. But we do have to watch him of too much stress..he can die the vet says...hyperventilating.

I’m guessing it’s the kids that inherited CFA. This is just my theory. In googling a bit I found out the foundation was started in 2011, that was when the founder turned 90. It was founded in order to carry on his values, he was a strict Southern Baptist.

Unfortunately he died in 2014. Who knows how long before that he was capable of being in charge of the company and the foundation?

“Bullard was hired by Chick-fil-A in 2011 to serve as the vice president of community affairs and to help create the Chick-fil-A Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the company.”

However, he now has a new title “Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility for Chick-fil-A, Inc., and Executive Director of the Chick-fil-A Foundation”

Like Greenfield points out in his article, there’s a difference between charity and social responsibility. “Unlike charity, corporate social responsibility is a leftist endeavor to transform corporations into the political arms of radical causes.”

I’m just guessing, I don’t think the senior Cathy’s values changed, but when he either wasn’t well enough t keep control of the reins or after he passed away, things shifted for the worst. We are only getting wind of it now because they have quit pretending. They’re not even going to bother to give token money to the Christian organizations.

Lol, when it comes to my eyes I don’t really want to be experimented on, as you surmised. I’m already a guinea pig for the doctor in Boston, every single one of his cornea neuropathy patients is part of his research. I’m happy to do that, but when it comes to cataracts I just want something simple. No multifocal lenses because those have a tendency to create more glare and Halos which I have my quota of already :-) toric lenses, micro incisions, and self-sealing wounds are my goal. Those latter two might minimize the cornea neuropathy coming back. Maybe. Hopefully. Praying so.
