People are escaping the ruinous taxation of CT, and high-end home prices reflect this?
This is only surprising to morons with no clue about supply and demand and the long-term effects of Leftist policy.
CT isn’t a million miles away and prices on staten island have skyrocketed the past several years
I miss Regis, a true performer and entertainer. I believe he had multiple heart bypasses surgeries.
6 bedrooms, 9 full bathrooms, 3 partial bathrooms, 7 fireplaces, mahogany library, a billiard room, a “pub room” with a full bar, a home theater, sauna, gym and a wine cellar
How many chapels?
I’m sure those property taxes will drop by 36%, too.
The rich leaving high tax states reminds me of the Easter Island saga (as I’ve heard it). Who will be the first to realize that there are no more tax payers in the state?
Pretty house, but I still wouldn't want it. 8>)
Twelve bathrooms for just six bedrooms...just wow.
I can’t imagine living in a place like that.
Regis.....will work for food now?
Celebrities 'invest' in real estate because they hope their name associated with the property will increase the value.
Regis is no longer a celebrity with relevant name recognition. He's just a guy selling a now over-valued house.
I dont begrudge Regis his wealth. Whats insidious is all the property taxes extortion by the state. Cant blame retirees for downsizing and moving out of state to avoid getting reamed by the leftards who run the government. Pretty much the whole northeast region is a similar cancer in that regard.
They cant tax themselves into prosperity try as they might.
I was paying $14,000 per year in property taxes. That's more than what most people pay for a mortgage!
Property taxes of $6,541 per month = $78,492 per year
Just thought folks would want to know before making an offer. ;-)

Riju Fibo?
I must have slept through the Joey Bishop Centennial.
How was it?
How to make a small fortune in Greenwich real estate?
Start with a big one.
Well, he can always make an Airbnb.
Who, in the world, wants to move to Connecticut?
What a shame. It appears to be a fine bargain.
Not worth it.
It’s not like he’s Jon Voight.
That’s a darn big house for a pair of old people.
