A Popeyes employee has been arrested after being caught on video body-slamming a customer outside a Tennessee store.
Deriance Ra'Shaiel Hughes, 29, has been charged with felony aggravated assault after allegedly attacking Debra Staggs in a dispute over her check.
Rocky McElhaney Law Firm which is representing Staggs, 55, said she was trying to get a refund after being charged twice for her $13.11 meal.
Video of the attack quickly went viral with the footage showing people chasing Staggs outside the restaurant. She is then body slammed to the ground by a man who is now believed to be Hughes.
Staggs has been left with a broken leg, nine fractures in her elbow and six broken ribs.

This story is about the woman calling and saying she was overcharged a meal a day or so before
They told her to come in and they would rectify her receipt
Whatever happened when she arrived does not rise to the level of the restaurant gang following her out the door and the thug who body slammed her!
Arrest them all.....they didn’t even try to help her.....they went back inside

I try. All kidding aside though, the perp is definitely going to jail, and Popeye’s will be getting sued. That lady is going to be rich. In a lot of pain, but rich.

This is why I don’t visit establishments staffed with black people. they all appear to be violent racist thugs
The news video I saw of this attack blurred the victim’s features more than I had ever seen,. to hide the fact this was young black thugs attacking an innocent middle-aged white women.

Not necessarily true 100% of the time but I'd agree in the majority of the cases. If not violent per se at least many of the youngsters are constantly trash talking and fist bumping or just otherwise acting out in disgusting ways like gang bangers do.
We have a new Popeye’s in my small town (couple of months old now)and the third day after opening, I stopped by and bought some boneless wings and red beans and rice.
I counted 16 workers behind the counter.
The boneless wings were so tough I couldn’t eat them. Really, I’m serious. I love their red beans and rice - that one trip was my first and last into the ghetto.
Unfortunately it is True in the majority of what I have seen, and I just simply REFUSE to take that chance in the hopes the employee’s are normal, moral, virtuous and civilized decent people.
The most Vile, Racist and Hateful people I have ever met were Black, Brown or Hollywood Actors
Not to mention what they do to whitey’s food.
How can a sandwich be stupid? What is wrong with being hyped. Should Popeyes not be allowed to create a product that there is a demand for? Are you a socialist? Should the state only be allowed to make 'stupid, hyped' chicken sandwiches?
Do you blame Mexico for the drug epidemic(and all related crime) in America or the consumers of the drugs? Do you blame Popeyes for making an excellent sandwich(and all related crime) that is in high demand or the consumers who can't get enough of it?
I think the other two man-handling should be charged with assault as well. The one guy raises his hands after she was body slammed to the ground.
