As we’ve told you, many in the media went into immediate Trump-era “journalism” mode with their takes on an obvious Photoshop of Trump giving the dog who helped kill al-Baghdadi a medal after it was shared by the president on Twitter. If you missed it, here’s Trump’s tweet:
