I did have the flu last Jan. and I lost this 20 lbs. which I have slowly gained back.

But that wasn’t a picnic either.

I just need to have MORE will power and I seem to have misplaced it somewhere.

Hillary used green screens at her rallies and it was painfully obvious in photos that had stamped groups of people in. Same faces photoshopped in. 🤣

Its our main fund raiser of the year. We usually sell over a thousands dinners easily. There's also a craft bazaar in our fireside room. I took my pie over this morning. I bought my ten loaves of bread for last weekend. I wish you were here for the afternoon. Its a sunny but cold day. It will most likely go over VERY WELL!!

My husband for many years has only 5 to 6 hours of sleep every night. Now that he's retired..he naps ..even with 4 large TV going.LOL I on the other hand, when I worked I needed 7 hours.

I know what you mean by needing more sleep when you were working.

When I was working I did sleep better and got more hours of shut eye in.

Walking helps me sleep better too but I have not been walking since it got so cold windy and smoky.

I just need to restructure my day and walk later after it warms up a bit and if it's not windy and smokey.

I fell asleep before rally. Woke up watched part. Fell back asleep woke up and watched the beginning, fell asleep again. Am running errands now. Will watch last part this afternoon or evening.

What I saw was very encouraging — all was well received by base.

I’d read a few, but the green screen ones makes a lot of sense!

Remember when Hillary was busted, for same, when people not only noticed the SAME faces repeatedly photoshopped in, but also the blank iphone cam screens.
