What he’s saying is that he’s not getting as much money from enemy nations to use against the US as he used to get.
Soros is a cheapskate.

There should be a national day of celebration when this old POS finally dies. Here in Rosieland we will declare a national holiday with feasting and other celebrations.
There will always be another to replace him but at least he will finally be dead.
