Cp3o is a robot, you just unplug him.
A toaster doesn’t die. It just breaks down and you buy another one.
Actually it’s the entire franchise that’s being killed off, I think they got almost all of it with that last piece of “woke” crap they released.
I think I’ll re-watch my Rogue One and Empire Strikes Back Blu-Rays instead this time around.
Oh, for cryin’ out loud. Now we’re supposed to get all weepy about a fictional robot dying? Which by thw way, how is that even plausible? Couldn’t he just be repaired or rebooted?
Saw the trailer during half-time last night. Looked awful. Dont care if the robot dies.
What, no iCloud backup of C-3PO?
Jar Jar must die.
The only Star Wars that exist in my universe have Yoda as a muppet.
When did they kill off Luke?
When is D-4QR going to be assembled?
Forty years, when I heard that George Lucas was planning to make nine movies, I also heard that he wanted R2-D2 and C-3PO to be the only characters that would appear in all nine movies. This news just means Lucas is getting his wish.
See three pio can’t die.
Just build another and download the back up software.
A chunk of metal and wires can die? Who would have thunk it...
There is only one way this can work out perfectly... If all the characters die from global warming, perpetrated by humans on a planet called ‘Earth’. This scenario would end the series completely... Fingers crossed, and satisfy the hysteria of Greta the teenage autistic global warming propagandist.
I can’t believe I actually hitchhiked 9 miles to go to a movie theater and watch the original Star Wars movie... And I did it at least 5 or 6 times. The franchise has deteriorated over the decades, but what the heck... I’ll likely lay on my couch and download this one a day or two after it’s release.
As a lifetime Star Wars fan - I have absolute zero interest in this movie.
yet much like RBG, they keep Carrie Fisher alive by CGI...
Does anyone really care at this point?
This only caused a very minor disturbance in my “care meter”. I hated that character since I first saw it in 1978. Then came the Ewoks, then Jar Jar...let the franchise just die.
What? They are still making Star Wars movies?
