I have an LP by Zacherley, from the 50s or 60s. Great songs. His daughter grew up longing for the pony he couldn’t afford to buy because, as wonderful as his occupation seemed, it didn’t pay much. Anyway, she had an idea and took it to Matel and thus was born the My Little Pony line of toys.
Anyway the songs are great! Much more interesting than The Monster Mash and the like.
