Lebron who?

Oh, you mean that loser who couldn’t even get the Lakers into the playoffs last season? Why should we listen?

Translation: Money means more to LeBron than human rights. Everyone now knows that. So, he is going to quit discussing the issue before he damages his reputation even more.

Why are social justice concerns at home more of a concern for LeBron? Because he can make money off those causes and doesn’t give a damn who he offends in the US.

Exactly. To me this the biggest reason our side consistently loses to the left. Yeah, we get up and go to work everyday, take care of our homes and such. But every minute of free time revolves around watching sports. I witness 3 threads that are basically permanent fixtures, they may as well be Commandments, the Sunday talk show thread (where people still talk football), the college football thread, and the NFL thread.

Meanwhile the same people want to bellyache about how Antifa just issued more beatdowns on our folk, and how nobody did anything in response. Well duh!, Sports!!

Never thought we would see the day where those from Hong Kong are more pro-America than one of our “all-American” sports teams in the NBA that sucks the Chicom dong.

“I'd be cheating my teammates by continuing to harp on something that won't benefit us trying to win a championship because that's what we're here for,”

So he's basically telling himself to "shut up and dribble".

Until its proven that bouncing a rubber ball for 90% of your life makes you smart, I’ll continue to assume it will not educate you!

Hey, I'm more than happy to quit watching the NFL and NBA but it's no hardship since I never have. I will however do my best to stop/not patronize any business or organization that promotes that which I find morally/intellectually repulsive.

Personally I find that a majority of today's athletes ridiculously overcompensated and under educated, let me add in our so called celebrities. Salaries for these people have so far outstripped reality that what used to be common family entertainment has become a budget buster for many.

I used to watch the National Felons League and the No Brains Association.

No longer.

And I do enjoy sports....but that's how irritated I am at these overpaid, ungrateful idiots.
