Last night President Trump conducted a fabulously successful rally at the Target Center in downtown Minneapolis. Scott had a great experience that included meeting the President and hearing his reporting praised repeatedly by President Trump. The 20,000 who were lucky enough to get into the Target Center had a wonderful time; by all accounts it was one of Trump’s best rallies.
But outside the arena, things were quite different. Thousands of lawless, violent Democrats “protested” Trump’s appearance by committing assault, among other crimes. They battled police officers. They attacked Republicans leaving Target Center. They set bonfires and burned patriotic regalia. They carried the flag of the defunct Soviet Union.
They spat on peaceful Trump supporters. They assaulted an uncounted number of normal citizens leaving the Target Center. They struck a woman across the head with a piece of lumber. They waved a sign that said, “Blue Lives Don’t F@$king Matter.” The Minneapolis Chief of Police reported, “Objects containing liquid believed to be urine were hurled at some of my officers along with bottles and rocks. Police horses were also assaulted by protesters striking them with sticks.”
These leftists are identical to the Nazi Brownshirts of the 1930s. But make no mistake–they represent today’s Democratic Party. A sitting Democratic State Representative, Aisha Gomez (DFL-Minneapolis), was seen among the fascists, dressed in black like an Antifa hoodlum.

There are any number of ways one can be armed to protect yourself when forbidden to carry firearms or pocket knives. One is to take a number two lead pencil and sharpen it to a fine point, then take a razor blade and ring it about an inch and half or two inches from the point. Applied to the soft tissue between the sternum and the groin and snapped, it works wonders. Or a Bic type ball point pen. Another is what we called a rat tail comb. It is a regular comb with a handle to hold it that comes to a point. And there are keys on a chain. One whips them across the face at eye level. While these are not the best self protection, they beat falling to one’s knees and begging.

No, these leftists are identical to the German Antifa mobs of the 1920's and 30's. Those Communist revolutionaries rioted in the streets, beat up anyone who opposed Communism, and disrupted rival political meetings.
They made things so bad that the middle class WELCOMED Hitler, when he became the only politician on the scene willing and able to organize his own group to oppose the German Antifas.

I think it was the Kent State shootings that really put a stop to it. Nevertheless, the so-called “police riot” in Chicago was one of the events that led to this dithering cop response style we see now. I hope you are right, but also my guess is that Obama could launch a dark horse Dem candidate at the last moment.
