Tesla is known for such poor treatment. They could have got a nice Audi E-tron or Jaguar I-pace and at least been able to deal with someone face-to-face.
When I bought my Ford Probe GT in 1992, it had a ding in the left rear fender. Sales manager told me that he had done it himself, with the door of a hot Thunderbird SC he had been playing with.
He offered to either send it to the body shop at no charge to me, or knock $500 off the price. Since the paint wasn’t scratched, I took the $500 price reduction.
The car came from the dealer with it’s first parking lot ding! Had the car for twenty years, no more body damage.
Where’s Moonbeam? He’s usually quick to defend Tesla on these threads.

For about 95K you could be driving an all-wheel-drive Cherokee with 707 horses. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds, 3.5 according to private testers. 1/4 mile in the 11’s. And you don’t have to go recharge it after a couple of passes.
There’s nothing like a V8.
I haven’t bought it yet but I am thinking about it. For $25K it’s a bargain.

Just Google “Tesla Purchase Agreement” and you get it. I suspect they just clicked on an “Accept” button not knowing they had just executed their purchase agreement. typically better off buying a three year old car for about half the price. You expect something to go wrong, but typically the problems were ironed out by the previous owner.
I come from a long line of horse traders out of Scotland, our Prius V was a demo/new and one or two new motorcycles (I was a partner in a dealership).
Forever it was used Volvos or Subarus, look for a nice body and motor problems.
Tow it home and rebuild the engine.

If I had 110,000 to spend it wouldn't be a car My dream vehicle can get me from point A to point B without breaking down. It can also carry a bunch of crap. I think a pickup with a hitch will do it.

We bought a brand new Camaro one time that once we got it home and started looking at it....the paint on the hood was so thin you could see through it in places. Called the salesman who talked to someone at the dealership and they said no, they won’t fix it. I sent the owner of the dealership an email telling him either they fix it or I’ll drive it through their showroom window. lol He sent me back an email that said...bring it in.
