“I dont trust any new or used car sales person or car dealer basically at all. “
Comforting to know that most politicians are far less ethical than these gonefs.
It's gotten very difficult for me to give a damn about most anything that happen to progressives.
Corrugated neck...before botox came in vogue.
Tesla is known for such poor treatment. They could have got a nice Audi E-tron or Jaguar I-pace and at least been able to deal with someone face-to-face.
When I bought my Ford Probe GT in 1992, it had a ding in the left rear fender. Sales manager told me that he had done it himself, with the door of a hot Thunderbird SC he had been playing with.
He offered to either send it to the body shop at no charge to me, or knock $500 off the price. Since the paint wasn’t scratched, I took the $500 price reduction.
The car came from the dealer with it’s first parking lot ding! Had the car for twenty years, no more body damage.
Where’s Moonbeam? He’s usually quick to defend Tesla on these threads.
THE CASE OF THE $4 MILLION BMW
Gore sued BMW, and an Alabama jury awarded him $4,000 in compensatory damages and $4 million in punitive damages.
On remand, the Supreme Court of Alabama ordered a new trial unless plaintiff accepted a remittitur of all but $50,000 of the punitive damage

That is an understatement.

A very nice looking ride, why are you wasting time here?
You should be out cruising in your new ride!
Money rides, BS walks.
“If I had 110K to spend on a car, it wouldnt be a Tesla.”
For about 95K you could be driving an all-wheel-drive Cherokee with 707 horses. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds, 3.5 according to private testers. 1/4 mile in the 11’s. And you don’t have to go recharge it after a couple of passes.
There’s nothing like a V8.
I haven’t bought it yet but I am thinking about it. For $25K it’s a bargain.
The Nagers say they were never presented with a contract or arbitration agreement. Right. You can buy a car without a contract. Theres a nice bridge in New York City I should be able to sell them.
The Nagers say they shouldnt be bound by a contract they never saw nor signed whether on paper or online. I never pushed a button because I didnt have a button to push, Debbie Nager says.
Poor ignorant Debbie! I cant believe she admitted that for all the world to see.
Just Google Tesla Purchase Agreement and you get it. I suspect they just clicked on an Accept button not knowing they had just executed their purchase agreement. People are so used to clicking Accept online that most people think nothing of it and forget they actually did it. Here is how hard it is to get the Tesla agreement: Click Here.
The article says Often, the language is buried deep inside a contract or online agreement. Yes, Tesla really buried it deep in the agreement go to the top of Page 2:
Junk that would not exist without federal grants and California mandates...
typically better off buying a three year old car for about half the price. You expect something to go wrong, but typically the problems were ironed out by the previous owner.
I come from a long line of horse traders out of Scotland, our Prius V was a demo/new and one or two new motorcycles (I was a partner in a dealership).
Forever it was used Volvos or Subarus, look for a nice body and motor problems.
Tow it home and rebuild the engine.
Good to go!
If I had 110,000 to spend it wouldn't be a car My dream vehicle can get me from point A to point B without breaking down. It can also carry a bunch of crap. I think a pickup with a hitch will do it.
Id bet shes a nagger.
From the looks of it, she has been on him for a long time.
So the nagger buying this talking piece is a CARDIOLOGIST. Wouldn’t it be interesting to see what ‘rights’ he makes his patients sign away before he’ll work on them.
We bought a brand new Camaro one time that once we got it home and started looking at it....the paint on the hood was so thin you could see through it in places. Called the salesman who talked to someone at the dealership and they said no, they won’t fix it. I sent the owner of the dealership an email telling him either they fix it or I’ll drive it through their showroom window. lol He sent me back an email that said...bring it in.
