(1) I don’t think Ukraine is a white hat sting. I can’t see any reason to run mini-stings inside of a greater sting. It will only give away the strategy (Plan).
No, I think the rumors are correct...Schiff arranged this with a sympathetic C_A bureaucrat who plied his/her training on a WH source. Then, using the SOP of “leak, media confirmation, outrage” /the shell game/, we now have Ukraine.
I find it quite telling that they have been forced to change their style in the shell game...
1. The subject is no longer sex, it is “ship-of-state”.
2. It is no longer picking off those around Trump (interpersonal judgement) but, now, directly at Trump (judgement in office).
They are running out of ammunition. The election season looms closer and Trump voters continue to increase. These people are stupid.

(2) Here’s my current wrap-up
The American election system has become one of constant campaigning and fund raising where the HoR is the most vulnerable. They no longer legislate, they campaign. Money, promises, travel, all at the tax payers expense. They lack nothing as long as they campaign forever. It is at the point where the act of legislating is a distraction from campaigning and the art of legislating has been pushed aside. The Senate is nearly as bad but they have a 6-year rotations so they have an incentive to accomplish something.
Along comes Trump who uses the system (media outrage) to campaign, spending no money of his own and as little of the tax-payer money as possible. He runs a populace campaign and he wins votes using the same campaign outline, promises, travel and money (his own).
But, that is the campaign. When he enters office, he stops campaigning and begins GOVERNING according to his electoral mandate. He is stymied by a HoR that doesn’t want to do it’s job, only campaign but he presses on.
That’s where we are today. We, The People, must cast off the old dirt and bring in /legislators/ to do the job they were tasked with by The People.
Old guard politicians must be swept away and replaced with those who would pick up the mandate of the founders...to serve the people and legislate on their behalf.
