Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

I stopped chasing. I never did get close to what reg was changed.
Then, others better than I, started putting stuff together and I stopped.
Yet they seem to still be focused on the form revision rather than the regulation revision -which I’m guessing is in August 2019.
The question I still have is:
does the regulation in effect on the date (07/25/2019) of “the Act” apply ?
or does the regulation that’s in effect when the WB report is filed apply ?

I wonder about that. The globalists and stringers like Soros have money to blow, but when money is foreign sourced they can use orgs, who use individual members, who use Go Fund Me, is my thesis.
Lets assume the orgs can be subject to a ringy ding from the IRS and/or the US Treasury Department? Soros will pop up new orgs. Tail chasing?

The really funny part is the act only applies to reporting on intelligence personnel or personnel appointed in the intelligence community by the POTUS. It does not apply to reporting on anyone else in any other office, job or assignment. It does not apply to reporting on the POTUS. And specifically does not apply to disagreements over policy by direct wording.
