The judge released each of them on personal recognizance bonds because they do not live in Harris County, where the crime occurred. However, not living in the county makes them a flight risk, to me. Also, blockading an international waterway (The Houston Ship Channel) would make this a terrorist action, and subject to multiple actions under those statutes. Personally, I’d send them all to Gitmo.
