Subject: Out of town pool report #6: Fundraiser arrival and clarification

Motorcade arrived at the site of the president’s first fundraiser of the day at 11:43 a.m. and we are holding in vans outside a private residence in Portola Valley.

Onlookers sparsely populated the route to wave and take photos.

We passed by one protest of a few dozen people. Pool spotted a large Trump chicken balloon and several signs decrying the president among the group.

A few people gathered near the fundraiser site had a Trump banner in support of the president.

Pool will pass along any additional details we are able to get, but this lunch event is expected to raise $3 million.

And one clarification on pool report #4 with the president’s comments. The correct spelling of one of the NSA candidate’s names is Rick Waddell, with a k. Your pooler apologizes for any confusion.
