If you look carefully, there is a flesh colored insert from the low cut neckline to her belly. It’s an optical illusion that the dress is cut all the way to her belly.

Moby Dick-like Maybe there was some misunderstanding. It could be she just called him a whale.

I can’t tell if it’s a flesh colored insert or a shadow. In any case, it starts under her boobs and it makes sense if it’s an insert to hold the dress closed. It’s still a little over-the-top for a State Dinner IMHO.

The unit is planning a gala to celebrate the 244th anniversary of the Marines’ founding at President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago club in Palm Beach on Nov. 16, according to a posting on the events website Evensi.
“It’s a work in progress,” said a Marine who picked up the phone late Thursday at the drill center of the 4th Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company (ANGLICO) in West Palm Beach. “We are planning on Mar-a-Lago but nothing is set in stone. We booked it but there were complications involved. ... It’s just money and some other things. We’re doing our best.”

It goes with her personality. And I think her husband really likes her style. Isn't she an actress..or was? Its really interesting to see different people's opinions on dress styles. Or maybe its my different opinion.LOL
Karen Pence is perfect for her. Kellyanne is too much for her petite frame...it makes her look bottom heavy and off balance. Melania's color choice is beautiful...and I really like the bottom of her dress. Something isn't quite right about the top and waist. She's been wearing different sleeve styles...it actually worries me. Is she wearing some kind of protection?

I've watched this video three times...Melania's dress looks beautiful as she walks...The top doesn't seem to stick out as much as the side views we see. Maybe one has to see the dress in person.
