California police have arrested a woman who threw a feminine hygiene device containing what appeared to be blood onto the floor of the state Senate, splashing onto lawmakers and forcing them to finish their work in a committee room on the final day of the legislative session.
Senators had just finished taking a vote about 5:14 p.m. Friday when a woman tossed the substance onto the floor of the Senate from the public gallery, saying: Thats for the dead babies.
The California Highway Patrol identified the woman as 43-year-old Rebecca Dalelio. She faces several charges, including assault, vandalism and disrupting the orderly conduct of official business at the state Capitol.
Police say Dalelio walked out of the gallery and did not resist when she was arrested. The news release did not give a motive, referring to the woman as a demonstrator. But the action came as hundreds of people protested at the Capitol against a recently signed state law seeking to crack down on fraudulent medical exemptions for vaccinations.
Several lawmakers sought to link the woman to the protesters, including Sen. Richard Pan, who last month was shoved in the back by a protester as he was walking near the Capitol.

Interesting. Antifa protestors throw all manner of liquids on people and no arrests. This lady throws liquid on the floor and gets arrested?
Of course antifa didnt accidentally splash any on a state official so maybe thats the difference?
Interesting how much more our public servants are worth than us.....
There are definitely protected classes of protesters in these gone-socialist states.
Protesting abortion is a punishable offense.
Protesting capitalism and liberty and freedom and supporting infanticide is rewarded.
Re: “Thats for the dead babies.”
This sounds bogus - or mentally ill.
I’ll wait until someone does a comprehensive background check on this woman before making a judgment.
Rather than embracing the salvation through the blood of Jesus the godless leftists and their pols worship the innocent babies blood via abortion sacrifices as their power. Pity their eternity.
I applaud her. She should do that in the New York and Illinois senates as well.
A “feminine hygiene device?” Pad? Tampon? What?
But, I guess beatOmeato (the mexican irish demokkkommie contestant) gets a pass for allegedly trying to feed his significant other some baby excrement on a cracker claiming it to be avocado? Special people, special treatment. Yeah, that sounds equal. Did he or is that just a underground rumor.
Smells like Alinsky.

“Ill wait until someone does a comprehensive background check on this woman before making a judgment.”
Someone, like the New York Times or WaPo?
Maybe she understands that when the government passes laws protecting the murder of innocents their political enemies are next? If you knew the history of socialist regimes you’d know the first quickly leads to the second.
They worship the state as the provider of all and the source of wisdom/rules. They ignore how oppressive that always becomes.
I know, right? And splashed? Even a heavily used feminine hygiene product wouldnt splash. If it did, whoever it belongs to needs to see a gynecologist STAT
“That sounds bogus—or mentally ill.”
That sounds to me like a pro-lifer making a pretty cogent point. God bless her.
I think you may have misunderstand my point.
My first reaction when I read this: “Sounds like a Politically Left troll masquerading as a Conservative.”
In other words, like Black people and Leftist college students who spray paint racist language on their cars or buildings.
If she really is a Conservative with an activist background, well, OK, but I disagree with this particular method.
In any event, I still want to read about her background in a Conservative publication.
Fair enough.
