In looking over the cast, I was surprised to discover the movie featured one of Leslie Nielsen’s non-comedic roles, as the captain.

Damn. They just keep dying. When will the madness stop?
I just posted the other day about how most of the cast of "Bewitched" are now dead.
I'm going to see next how many of the cast of "Gilligan's Island" is still alive. I'm betting not many. Not many.
Sad.

Rest in peace Ms. Lynley.

I remember her from “Blue Denim”, a very controversial movie for its time.

I think I just watched her less than a week ago in Return to Peyton Place. Very naturally pretty.

I always thought she was very beautiful, a little like Yvette Mimieux.

She is someone I had forgotten about, until I saw her on “The Big Valley” recently. A pretty lady.
RIP

I always thought she was so beautiful. She was on Johnny Carson once in the 60s and she brought her knitting with her and knit the whole time. Sort of hippyish. She was the mother in Bunny Lake is Missing.

She was in a film I always enjoy seeing called The Pleasure Seekers. It was a remake of Three Coins in the Fountain, but with hotter stars. The other 2 stars were Ann-Margaret and Pamela Tiffin. Three beautiful young women find romance in Spain in the early 60’s. Love it!

She was also a TOP teen model in the late 50s-60s. Everyone wanted to look like her!

RIP Mrs. Lynly I will never forget you.
I will never forget her in the movie The Poseidon Adventure but there was another movie that her talent left an impression on me as a child. The movie was The Shuttered Room of 1969 with another great actor Oliver Reed and Gig Young. About a room whose door should never be open.

She was Kolchak’s girlfriend.
