Ive been low carb since 2001, and Keto on & off since 2015. I exercise several times a week (depending on how busy my kids keep me), and Ive run a full marathon completely fasted. This is a fantastic lifestyle for health & wellness (as you know)!

I’ve been low carb/keto for most of the last 13 years. I run 25-30 miles a week - mostly fasted - with no issues with fatigue.

Please add me to your low-carb group. I have been on keto for just over a month and have dropped from 128 kg to 121.5 as of last Saturday. Im having a bit of a rough spot now because of diverticulitis, but not willing to quit yet.
