Five Democratic presidential candidates in the span of 24 hours have released sweeping plans to address climate change, ahead of a series of town halls devoted to the issue.
On Wednesday, California Sen. Kamala Harris and South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg each unveiled their climate plans. New Jersey Sen. Cory Booker, Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren and former Obama cabinet member Julián Castro each laid out theirs on Tuesday.
The flurry of plans comes ahead of a CNN town hall event on global warming, which 10 Democrats seeking the White House plan to attend. The forums come after liberals had demanded that the Democratic Party focus at least one debate on climate change, but a climate debate resolution was defeated at the Democratic National Committees summer meeting last month. Among Democrats seeking the presidency, there is little disagreement that climate change is a building disaster. Wednesdays town halls will give candidates an opportunity to show the distinctions between their plans as the Democratic partys base increasingly demands aggressive action.
Nationally, 72% of Democratic midterm voters said they were very concerned about the effects of climate change, and 20% were somewhat concerned. Thats according to AP VoteCast, a survey of more than 115,000 midterm voters nationwide.

72% of the 63 million morons that voted democrat in 2016 is is approximately 45.36 million people or 13.6% of the population wants us to spend 10’s of billions on this crap...
All the spending in the world will not have even a marginal effect on the climate. Killing every human and erasing all their works will not have any effect.
Need to add Katrina guy to that picture
Also, what are they going to do about our nearest star and it's impact on Earth's climate? Cover the Earth in mylar at the Sun's whim? What about the occasional giant eruption from volcanoes that partially cover a continent with smoke and ash as it did over Europe some years back? What's the fix for that?
NEWS FLASH...da beep beep, da beep beep! According to geology studies, this rock has had climate change since ......well...... it had an atmosphere/climate! I'm still waiting for the Ice Age predicted in the early 70's. Also, don't understand why the depleting Ozone over antarctica didn't grow larger and kill us all. Oh right, the Earth fixed it, not my changing the coolants in our cars.
The seven hour trek tonight being broadcast on CNN should easily bring forth 25-30,000,000 viewers, if not more then that tonight who will be glued to their CNN TV Screens for a most productive and informative TV feed on “Climate Change”. Democrat candidates for the 2020 POTUS election will be present in large numbers. CNN is counting on millions of viewers tuning in. The country is spellbound on this most interesting topic!!! We shall soon see!!!
IMHO...If CNN draws millions upon millions of American TV viewers, POTUS, Trump has his work cut out for him in retaining the POTUS. If CNN fails and comes forth with a paltry assembly of TV viewers...I would suggest that the Democrat Party pack its bags and head for the failure hills. As I said...We shall all see very soon!!! Hint: (Boring) from start to finish!!!
Spend those trillions on fusion research and climate change will take care of itself.
And what is the plan? Still waiting.
Trillions, yes. The Catholic church has as much and any new religion should have deep coffers in order to Feed the Hungry (Brainwash simpler people to their way of thinking) Clothe the Naked (Keep secure the Deep State
so only they can use and gaze upon its nakedness), Heal the Sick (Put money into earth’s maladies rather than those of the people),
ect.. I wonder where their “Vatican” will be located?
The dem party is selling indulgences.
Expensive ones.
