Biden used to be quite a bit smarter, before he had his cranium sawed off TWICE in 1988 to save his life from brain aneurysms--procedures he was lucky to survive, but which did not leave him as before.

For this reason it surprised me at first that Obama chose him; but, of course, Presidents often see value in having a nonthreatening but amiable VEEP.

1. Run for office and scream “politically motivated” when indicted.

2. Start feigning mental incompetence now so it will be full blown when the indictment comes
