My husband had his Virginia license plate recalled. In the meantime, he had moved to California so, he ignored the recall til time to register in CA so, he never returned it. I am surprised it lasted as long as it did. It was pretty bad. First 3 letters were PHC, next 2 were the name of a famous root beer and the last was the 6th letter of the alphabet. Honestly, I cannot believe it was ever issued but we have the plate here.
