An Ohio homeowner shot dead two teenage boys who he say were 'trespassing' on his property on Wednesday night.
The homeowner has not been named but is being questioned.
He told police that on Wednesday at 9.30pm, he shot the two boys in his 'garage'. He called 911 afterwards.
The boys have been identified as 17-year-olds Devon Henderson and Javier Harrison. It remains unclear if they were trying to break into the property, or what their motive for being there was.
When the homeowner called 911, he told the operator: 'I shot two guys. I shot two persons tried to rob… to do something in my house.'
Dayton Daily News, a local outlet, says one of the teenagers' father's believed they knew the shooter and had been in the garage before.

Ohio may be different.
Even when I located my own stolen stuff and told the police exactly where it was and who had it, they would not go get it.
Now if someone steals my stuff, and I’m not there, they won’t have to worry about dealing with me.
But if someone is trying to steal my stuff while I am there with my stuff, that’s robbery. That’s a violent crime and a felony.
Nope, it still takes a legal warrant and proof of rape or assault for even the law to trespass on private property. The Constitution is to absolutely protect EACH INDIVIDUAL from the “society mob” no matter where they happen to be. Including deadly force to prevent trespass if needed. Society does not have the rights to null and void the rights granted at will.
Any law that deprives this right and deterrent is an unconstitutional law.
Ohio is different. It has to be your residence or car and you have to be occupying it. Sucks like CA. If you are out and come home to see someone robbing your house, you cant go in and confront them. You cant shoot them as they exit. You cant shoot them if they are carting off your big screen TV. You can shoot at them as they drive away in your 60K SUV. Now if they try to run you over in the SUV, then all bets are off...

I had the exact same thing happen to me a couple times. they washed their hands of it the instant the report was done. I found my stuff too, and they would not do a damned thing. I had to go “take care of it” myself to get the stuff back.
I’m surprised they weren’t called teens.
Around here teens drive to where hard working productive people live and steal their cars at night.
If they are black and you shoot them you will have trouble with the law.

Even local code, Ever had a neighbor’s tree hanging over your fence? You legally own airspace to a certain elevation. I proved this in court one time because we had a 100 year property that actually had protected private air space rights grandfathered in.

Another approach... Ever get a property tax bill? It is VERY detailed about your “property lines” and what you owe for a reason, because that is what “belongs to you” and you owe for. Private property lines have been respected since even the days of Hammurabi’s code. It is set in a four thousand year old precedent. Only communism does not respect this natural law.
Of course it it will be railroaded through by an ignorant judge who thinks he is god, and is better at grabbing azz in the back than he is at true Constitutional law.
I have confess that I have met a couple that got it right though, and their rulings were ignored by their peers.
