Liberals are beginning to demean and laugh at Governor DeSantis for having the respect to request prayers in Israel during his trip recently. He requested God spare Florida hurricanes this year.
Sometimes when you pray, the answer is no.
Or just as often, "not yet"
Liberal lowlifes think they’re superior to decent people? LOL - gimme a break.
There is no God in the universe which thinks that climate change is going to bring about the end of mankind.
Or that humanity is too numerous and needs to be culled and reduced to about 1/10 its numbers.
Or that we can infuse ourselves with young blood and live forever.
The modern liberal nightmare is the world of the blind stumbling along trying to lead the blind.
My pastor was fond of saying - Prayer is not a lever to force God to do your bidding. I guess some people dont understand that concept.

DeSantis is the nation’s most promising young governor. We’re lucky to have him.
There’s no embarrassment needed there.
Indeed, the God of the universe made a promise that the earth would not again be destroyed by a flood, AND He promised that the seasons would follow in order, one after the other. Then He placed the rainbow in the sky as the sign of His covenant with mankind.

The governor’s problem is that he is a white Christian. If he had invoked Allah, or the Great Spirit, and the hurricane still hit, then few people would have made a peep. I see black Christians gathered on the streets of Chicago’s “shooting galleries” in prayer for victims, but have heard no mention of the “fail” (so far) of their prayers.
Prayer isn’t always a matter of requesting and expecting a miracle. Sometimes prayer is simply a matter of expressing hope and faith. Sometimes, all one can do is control how you approach a problem or a potential disaster. If you have hope and faith that a good outcome is possible, it really helps you to endure the hard times.
There is high value to maintaining a sense of hope, or a sense that all is not necessarily lost. For some, having optimism that today will be better than yesterday is the only thing that gets them out of bed in the morning, or allows them to sleep at night.

I like DeSantis. He could be a national candidate someday.
I’ve been a pilot for over 55 years. There has been no proven divine intervention in all that time. You may claim otherwise, but not to my observation; nor my father or son, all pilots.
I honestly believe God’s big picture.
