Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:
"The Great Awakening ('Freedom of Thought’), was designed and created not only as a backchannel to the public (away from the longstanding ‘mind’ control of the corrupt & heavily biased media) to endure future events through transparency and regeneration of individual thought (breaking the chains of ‘group-think’), but, more importantly, aid in the construction of a vehicle (a ‘ship’) that provides the scattered (‘free thinkers’) with a ‘starter’ new social-networking platform which allows for freedom of thought, expression, and patriotism or national pride (the feeling of love, devotion and sense of attachment to a homeland and alliance with other citizens who share the same sentiment).
When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.
Difficult truths will soon see the light of day.

I think it is on record somewhere that there was testimony that Obama shut Horowitz down. There were comments made by people in his department and in related departments that “he tried to bring reports of crimes to Obama but was rebuffed”.
Logically there are two top situations:
1. His report of crimes was crap.
2. His report of crimes was solid.
If his report was solid and Obama or Obama’s people let him know he would be ignored, shunned, threatened, with possible reprisals, then he had two choices:
3. Lay low and stay mum.
4. Resign and make a public statement.
He apparently chose 3 in which case assuming 2. above, he betrayed his principles, shirked his duties, and ignored his oath.
Now coming forward into the Trump presidency, he turned out a report last year 2018 that was his pattern that we see today, which is give one side something to raise hell about, and give the other side a pass.
Now my experience with high level government officials is the majority of them are incompetent, they learn to write double speak, learn to anticipate incoming problems and plan to deflect to another department or human target of opportunity meaning pick a fall guy. Their prime driver is to get the incoming directed away from them and then if necessary come up the rear flank and act as judge over the fall guy who in most cases is not guilty except for being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Not every federal official conducts themselves this way. Sometimes there can be a senior official that is belived by all that work for him/her and they tend to treat their employees as special proteges with attention to their growth and careers. But these situations are not the norm, at least not in the past few decades.
Horowitz is a product of a culture that has taught employees to act like zombies when it comes to doing the right thing. Look at McCabe, Strzok, Page, Yates, Ohr, Baker,. and many others, and also the revolving door players such as Simpson. Horowitz is in that culture. That culture is one of political instincts, it is politicized. If you see something wrong and it involves someone higher up in the federal food chain or an influential person on the other side of a revolving door, then doing the right thing means ruination.
Look at General Michael Flynn.
Look at Robyn Gritz.
Horowitz did not do the right thing. He chose a path of self-preservation.
When I walk in Arlington Cemetery where my father is buried, and I see all those that made the ultimate sacrifice for their country as my father did, I look on Horowitz type federal government employees with a seething rage.
Pride before destruction, haughty spirit before a fall.

You are quite welcome. We have more than we know because it’s difficult to remember everything at once. Rereading drops is beneficial.
Also, I suspect Jordan, Nunes and Grassley are playing to the script.
