Buttigieg's attempts to rally religious voters may not sway evangelicals

South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg may have an uphill battle drawing some Iowa voters to his blend of progressive politics and religion. Buttigieg "comes off as a great guy," said Bob Vander Plaats, president of conservative Iowa Christian organization The Family Leader, but "his policies don't align with where we believe Scripture is and where we believe the faith is at and what's in the best interest of our country." "If the policies don’t line up, I think Iowans — and more than that Americans who are evangelical — are wise enough to see through that," Vander Plaats told the Washington Examiner.

A visitor to an Episcopal church was greeted by the pastor. The visitor was in town on a contract job so he wore clean work shirt and work pants to the church. During the conversation, the pastor suggested to the visitor that perhaps he should consult with God about what the appropriate attire for attending the church might be.

The next Sunday the visitor again attended the church dressed the same as the previous Sunday. The pastor approached the man and asked him if he had consulted God about the proper attire to wear to the church. The visitor assured the pastor that he had. The pastor then asked him what God had told him. The visitor told him that God said that he did not have a clue about what one should wear to the Episcopal church because he had never been to that church.

If Buttplug and his “husband” are embraced by a church then God is probably absent from that church.

How can any one that is a Christian (not those that proclaim to be Christians)vote for ANY DEMOCRAT.

I never heard of or met a FAG or LES until 7/69. This MI major who lived at the FT Bragg, NC BOQ acted like a straight guy on a Saturday at the 82nd O Club. We had a few drinks and I took him to an SF bar off the main drag in Fayetteville. He pissed off the SF NCO’s I knew by sucking eggs. I got his azz out fast and was driving him back to Bragg. The puke put his hand on my thigh. I had to pull over to punch this puke. MI was full of what is called LGBT today.

I had a very beautiful daughter that attended the Episcopalian church briefly. She told me that the priest was paying a lot of attention to her and asked her a for a private meeting. The meeting he got was with me.

Yeah, it took me awhile to spot the fags. I grew up hanging around regular guys and I was in the “in crowd” so to speak, so I never dealt with any flits.

But later, I discovered there were fags in the spirit-filled church I was in, which I couldn’t believe.

Later, after I was a bit more settled in my life, I guess I accepted that these people were around, although I will always loathe and despise the absolutely unconstitutional and demented “gay rights” agenda.

That guy in your car deserved to be punched out. If they’re going to pull that sh#t on you, they should get their butt kicked. But I don’t hate these people personally. They need to be saved.

Even some Christians are fags I discovered. This one guy at work - nice guy, kinda funny - didn’t make any bones about being a fag. One day at work, he got up out of his cubicle, stood in the aisle and yelled, “I’m a faggot!” and sat down. It was actually kind of funny.

Nevertheless these people are deviates and desperately need help and healing. The world cheers dysfunction and cares little about the real issues and pain behind all this stuff. But I stand against any of these sodomites who want to promote their dysfunction or gain power by it. They are truly weakening agents in our nation.
