Story says, between 2012 and 2016 (Obama administration) potentially 39 million identity thefts by illegal aliens.

Story also says ICE arrested 680 in Mississippi, but released 300 on “humanitarian grounds.”

Story ALSO points out that employers almost NEVER get cited or fined.

We need stiff fines on employers, and judges who will enforce the fines. I’m thinking about $10,000 per illegal employee.

Very common. I know someone right now dealing with the IRS because their deductions for their children were disallowed for the past three years. The reason is someone else is claiming the same two children. No one else in the picture to do that, no divorce...ETC. Racist if you say what comes to mind but they do live on the border and have had their home broken into more than once by illegals. It doesn’t take a detective.

Just be aware if it happens to you, the burden to prove what is going on will be on you.

Problem is those laws are not strictly enforced because of sympathy for the illegals. Those special rules again. In many areas law enforcement, prosecutors just choose not to make those cases because they don’t want to go against illegals.

That is one reason ID theft and related are so bad, we used to take those things very seriously but now not so much. Criminals know.

There are so many jobs where employees have access to clients’ social security numbers. I have no doubt some of these employees are unscrupulous; they could easily be making a huge second income from selling identity info.

Plus, it’s quite likely that a lot of SJWs actively seek such jobs, in order get access to identity info, to help the “resistance.”

We need to understand this, and understand there is no law that REQUIRES us to give out our entire ss# to everyone who asks for it.

For bank / credit/ medical verification that I am indeed who I say I am, I only give the last 4 digits.

For every other random idiot who demands it, I tell them sorry, no, that’s private info.

Fake Id's of every sort are a dime a dozen as there's plenty of ways and means of creating these. Heck china sends them in bulk like pouring drugs over the border.....

Aside from the democrats, there are some law abiding citizens that see it as a way of gaining an advantage on their SS # for retiring. The illegal alien works and contributes to the SS# and the original owner gets all the benefits when he retires. The illegal alien who has worked for years with someone else’s SS# get no benefits. I have heard quite a few stories like this. They think that the democrats are helping them but they are only using them.

Both the blacks and hispanics think the democrats are helping them but the democrats are doing everything they can to keep them dependent and on the democratic plantation. Some figure it out but the vast majority think they are being helped. And of course the democrats keep telling them that they are helping them and the people believe the brainwashing.

BTW the media never told us about the strong correlation between the rise in “identity theft” and increased illegal immigration under bammy. There is a connection. The illegals come here and immediately start siphoning off money that we have earned through our hard work. If they are ever caught, they will not give the money back, so one more time Whitey pays!

The left will do nothing about it because they want the illegals’ votes.

This is going to leave millions of people still in the shadows and not able to come out of the shadows and won't solve the problem that we're trying to solve, which is to have as few people here illegally as possible, put them on RPI, provisional status and then get them on a path to citizenship.

" "I just don't see how, when you've lived here 10 years, and you've had many different identities, many different numbers, you're going to remember them all," said Schumer.

The committee defeated Grassley's amendment 8 to 10 on a party-line vote.

My wife was a victim of identify theft.

Happened to me. I was denied my rightful unemployment benefits after working 30+ years when the company relocated. Someone stole my identity and cashed in my unemployment and ALSO cashed in our $$$ tax return. You can’t believe the red tape and waiting period we endured along with being put on the “fraud alert” list as though we were the criminals, and what we had to do to prove our innocence. Can’t even think about it without BP rising. I wish the same experience on each and every liberal punk who allows illegal alien criminals to walk free and calls me racist for wanting to abide by the rule of law. Try it and see how YOU like it.

I read awhile back where some court said it was okay to steal/use US citizen’s ID’s - can’t remember exact details but the court acquitted the person.

Here are my thoughts on this subject:

If Schumer doesn't feel that these people ‘can remember all this stuff’ then maybe he should pay all this money back himself...he knew this was happening and either was okay with it or turned his back so they couldn't blame him for the knowledge of it...

Another thing: many of us live on Social Security, we worked our lives for this, it was taken out of our checked for it, and now the imbeciles crawl across OUR borders and get free food, housing, medical and anything else they want and WE that have worked our lives for it can't live on what they give us...why do you think I went to work for 2 1/2 years, because I don't have dental insurance and it is cheaper to work and save the money and get your teeth fixed than pay the government dental program and the same with prescription drugs, it's cheaper to work 3 days a week to earn the money to pay for the drugs than it is to pay for the insurance, but the imbeciles get to have that for FREE and they haven't lifted a finger to earn a wage...

I have right next door a family from Venezuela that belong to the Mormon Church, when they moved here they didn't have anything but a broken down car and some shoddy clothes, now that they are part of the Mormon Church, they have a big screen t.v.; two brand new cars, nice clothes and not Welfare clothes either, and they go to the Bishop's Warehouse and bring twice a month a car load of groceries and stick their nose in the air because they are better than we are??? I don't think so!!! I would like to tell them just what I think, but I won't because I am Catholic and I see the same thing happening in my own church just like this...
