DOJ Dusts Off ‘68 ‘H. Rap Brown Law’ to Prosecute Antifa

The U.S. Department of Justice is dusting off a rarely used 1968 anti-crime measure known as the “H. Rap Brown Law” to launch prosecutions of both the far-left Antifa and white supremacists, DOJ sources told Newsmax on Tuesday.

Officially known as the Anti-Riot Act, the law makes it a federal crime to cross state lines “with intent (A) to incite a riot or (B) to organize, promote, encourage, participate in, or carry on a riot.”

Sources in the prosecutorial community who spoke to us agreed the law would easily apply to Antifa after its role in the nationally watched (and often violent) demonstrations against the fascist “Proud Boys” in Portland, Oregon, this weekend.

Yeah, they just don't enforce the current laws, which could be said for immigration laws, defecating on the sidewalk laws, shooting up drugs on city streets laws.....

JMHO, if every law/regulation currently on the books was fully enforced every person in the country would be breaking multiple laws every day.

(Not to mention folks like the FBI/SDNY who just bag folks out of hand for "lying" to them)

Yes, he did mention it, which means it will probably happen in a couple of months. They are probably working out the legalities of it. He is really clamping down on illegal aliens.

Did you see the video that Brian Cates' brother did a couple of days ago? It was embeded in one of Brian's threads. He mentioned that illegals make up 7% of the population, but commit 42% of the Federal crimes. When Trump stops the illegals, he will also be reducing Federal crime by 42%.

Note: MIT Media Lab chief Joi Ito, also a @nytimes and @knightfdn board member, has not said how much money he took from Epstein, both for MIT and his own tech investments. He did say he visited Epstein's homes.

Part of the article....She’s right. There are people who are going to remain working at the Media Lab because they sincerely believe that we finally have the opportunity to fix some of the deep structural problems of the place — I respect them and I will work hard to support them. But there’s also people who are going to continue at the lab because it’s the best opportunity they have to develop their own careers and reach a point where they’ve got more flexibility to make decisions like the one I made. I respect them too — they are the people doing the work that makes institutions work, but they rarely have the power to make decisions that steer an institution towards its values.
