I’m wondering, could the Greenlanders possibly vote to become part of the United States or at least a US territory like PR?

Is that where Trump is going in offering to buy?

There appears to be great opportunity to expand trade with Greenland leaving Denmark completely out of the loop.
The presence of rare minerals has been mentioned There is certainly enough land to process them without being a detriment to the population. (One of the reason we let China process the ones we use and moved them out of CA)
I can see American industry and processing move into Greenland making it very prosperous!

I agree 100% and include the sanctuary cities/counties/states. However, they should hold the politicians who pass these laws PERSONALLY responsible. Otherwise, taxpayers are on the financial hook for decisions scumbag politicians make & the politicians are never held accountable.

How much of Greenland is owned by individuals and how much by the government. Can the individual land owners sell/lease property to US companies or government? It may be an interpretation rather than we actually annexing the entire country. He may be asking that we as a foreign entity be allowed to purchase mining land or industrial land. Not that we obtain the entire country as a territory.
