8: Deshaun Watson v. 'Bama 2017
7: Marquis Tuiasosopo for UW v. Stanford 1999

4: Reggie Bush v. Fresno State 2005
3: Tommy Frazier for Neb v. Florida 1996
2: Barry Sanders for Okie State v. TTU 1988
1: Vince Young
I remember OJ vs UCLA
The Gators are still trying to tackle Tommie Frazier.
Ndamukong Suh almost single-handedly beating Texas at the 2009 Big 12 Championship game. He had 12 tackles, six for a loss, and 4 sacks. He blew up the middle of UTs offensive line
According to SI, college football wasnt played before 1980.
Anthony Davis vs. Notre Dame - 1972
Whatever happened to the poor Florida player that had his legs absolutely destroyed in that game?
AND Tamarick Vanover. LOL
Vince Young’s victory for Texas was the most fantastic quarterback performance I have ever seen.
Agreed. Red Grange should be on the list.
Seems that way. How could they not include ADs 6 touchdown game in there?
Oh bull!
How about Tony Dorsett’s 300+ yards vs Notre Dame at their home stadium?
#H2P
Anthony Davis by a mile. Down 24-0 - USC wins 55-24 and A Davis runs wild.
That was 74. 72 was the 6 TD game.
Emmitt Smith vs. Bama - 1987
Add third string QB Cartel Jones smashing Alabama defense players knocking three out of game, jumping over them and otherwise building a 35-27 win bigger than the score in first college football playoff game.
Ohio State fullback Bob White vs Iowa 1958, and Iowa halfback Bob Jeter vs California 1959 Rose Bowl. When America was still America and the Big Ten was still the Big Ten.
The best that I remember seeing: Archie Manning against a vaunted Alabama team in 1969. He had 436 yards passing and 104 yards running. That’s not even considering the “Archie Who” game against previously undefeated and third ranked Tennessee. Ole Miss won that one 38-0.
I noticed that too. I'm surprised they considered any games from more than 10 years ago.
