While some have been standing for decades, other college football traditions are just getting started. No matter what, it's these wacky and wild rituals and customs that make the game that much more fun to watch. In honor of the 150th anniversary of college football, we ranked the sport's greatest traditions.

Another lame list by SI. Im guessing PSUs White Out didnt make it since there obvious racial overtones there...../s. Also, yet another article only acknowledging the existence of Army and Navy but never Air Force.
“We Are the Boys”...and yes UF tried to ban it, because they considered it “sexist”, but thankfully that didn’t happen.
I LOVE that! Kudos to Iowa.
The Post-Game singing of the Alma Maters.
IIRC Bama brought back “Dixieland Delight” last year.
Well the other USC (Trojans) play the Beavers every year.
Beat me to it!
Obviously it won’t be a tradition, but I admit tearing up a bit watching last year’s Purdue-Ohio State game when Tyler Trent made it into the stadium.
As they say, “Not a dry eye in the house”.....RIP Tyler.
I like it as well. Consider it stolen.
Because of all those awesome girls on our football team?...
Hey [Insert any/every team name here],
Hey [Insert any/every team name here],
We just beat the hell outta you.
Rammer jammer yellowhammer
Give ‘em hell Alabama!
Roll Tide!
And now we got the new tradition of playing “I Won’t Back Down” afterwards.
Or waving Confederate flags? The Cowbell is the sound...of....FREEDOM.
Mississippi State has a fever, and the only prescription is MORE COWBELL!
The Bammer tradishun of blowing up Meth labs and beating your girlfriend/sister every Bammer loss.
The 50 yard, flying pocketbook snatch is where the low IQ student/athlete snatches a pocketbook, then without stopping, sprints 50 yards in 5 seconds or less. Altho the JUCO colleges have had enormous early success, the more established institutions are quickly gaining ground thanks to affirmative action and a general dumbing down of the student population,
And poisoning trees in Toomer’s Corner.
PSU’s anything is not real respected, given their recent past. That’s quite a black eye from Sandusky and company.
At Ole Miss, every home game is a White-Out.
