No matter what, it's these wacky and wild rituals and customs that make the game that much more fun to watch. In honor of the 150th anniversary of college football, we ranked the sport's greatest traditions.

Many people don’t know this but Wake Forest started the tradition of rolling the trees. Pretty silly tradition, IMO.
MSU cowbells are just obnoxious and will give one a terrific headache. The SEC bans artificial noisemakers at every other school, so why does MSU get a pass?
I find the Army/ Navy post game when each school sings their fight songs to be the best tradition.
West Virginia’s “Country Roads” is pretty cool, too.

I got SI for free. I got on some list and get a bunch of them for free. It is so sorry that I let my subscription expire and would not renew it even for free.
