As someone who has spent half a life on boats, and went to GT, that seems like a fanciful way to recover anything.
Is it ruined if it touches water?
Otherwise, how many of these boats do you need and can you only launch on 0mph wind days?
I’d be more impressed if they caught it with fishing line and a hook instead of a net.
Its part of whats needed to LOWER the costs of putting stuff into Space.
Unfortunately its going to be too expensive for a very long time yet before the OVERHEAD costs no longer eat whatever large scale profits there are to be made.
