If the standard of evidence is “whatever can be imagined in Internet conspiracy-theory circles”, then yes, the shootings were no doubt orchestrated by some master hand, perhaps the Left.
If the standard of evidence is “what exists in the real world”, then no, there’s no evidence the killings were orchestrated by anyone other than the killers.
