Sorry but I could not find the video segment from last night’s TC show but did anyone watch it? If so and you have the video, please link it.
Anyway, TC had some guy on who’s currently serving on the Baltimore City Council. Of course, TC kept asking him what’s going on in Baltimore and why conditions are the way they are. One reason, according to this buffoon was they didn’t have enough housing (even though houses are being torn down for lack of occupants to occupy them) and they needed federal money (yes, more money) to build more housing.TC had to remind him the reason the houses are empty is the people are fleeing and moving out of the city.
But the real doozy of an answer he had for the blighted conditions of Baltimore was…….. you ready for this? Yep, it’s the “400 years of racism” that is the problem in Baltimore.
I heard Jerry Rivers say today that Baltimore won’t tear the houses down because people owe RE taxes on them AND the city borrows against the value
Almost as bad as the 400 year history of posting vanities as “News”.

I saw the Original Racist Jerry Rivers say that too, how can it be Legal to use DEFAULTED Debts as Assets for the purpose of borrowing against that Defaulted Debt???

I have a feeling a WHOLE lot of info is going to bubble to the surface in this baltimore saga. who’s been stealing all the money we are sending them? corruption runs deep and maybe even the lenders are in on it
I want to know who the idiot is that is loaning Baltimore money on these so called ‘assets’!!!
I was thinking many were owned by slumlords being protected by officials, who are getting what they can for rents if anything and using the land as collateral for other investments. Be assured the land they sit on could be valuable, except have they been condemned because they are environmental hazards, asbestos, lead paint, mold. I’m not sure they can even be torn down. The remediation could be astronomical.

Baltimore was actually are VERY nice place up to the 1970s.
